Overview

ADP Ingénierie in Dubai is searching for a highly motivated and seasoned Business Developer to work in an energetic and highly specialized team.

 

The role is based in Dubai, UAE and would require extensive travel to the covered geographical areas: Middle East, East Africa or Central Asia.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients, establish and maintain client contacts
  • Understand client needs, develop Evaluate Opportunities,
  • Acquire new clients,
  • Develop Technical and Financial Proposals in collaboration with bid teams,
  • Develop client relationship and increase satisfaction,
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Be in charge of account development (geographical area) and specific business line,
  • Promote ADPI in the region,
  • Organize prospection as per agreed Business Development Plan,
  • Make proposal presentation to clients.
  • Participate to the reporting of the Business Development Department

In addition, specific business line responsibilities could be given depending of the profile of the candidate.

The Business Development will be contributing to the realization of ADPI's Quality Objectives and make recommendations on ADPI's Quality.

 

 

The Business Developer will report to the Director of Business Development.

Qualifications

Only candidates with solid track record of closing high value deals in building and/or infrastructure construction, airports or other types of transport infrastructures, engineering, etc. will be considered.

 

What we are looking for is a senior business development professional with a minimum of 10-12 years' experience in a related field (Airport design or other transport infrastructure, engineering, construction, large projects, etc).

  • Bachelor's & Master Degree in technical or engineering discipline (MBA is a plus)
  • Strong background in Business/Commercial Development with an excellent record in Client relations.
  • Knowledge of the regions (Middle-East, Eastern Africa, West and Central Asia)
  • Fluent in English. Other languages is a plus.
  • Strong management and Business Development skills
  • Ability to plan and develop the region strategically by making alliances and partnerships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Works well independently and in a team environment, self-motivated, result driven
