To implement and to maintain the Quality Management System of ADPI Dubai-Abu Dhabi branches, obtain and preserve conformity of requirements and to increase the effectiveness of the processes.

To achieve continual improvement of the internal and external services and consequently the quality of the services and products provided to the customers to obtain their satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • To be member of the Committee Quality.
  • To advise Management for all that relates to the policy, the strategy and effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • To regularly assess the QMS, by programming and/or carrying out audits.
  • To help to evolve the management of the Quality of ADPI, mainly in the continuous improvement of the (QMS).
  • To highlight dysfunctions and nonconformities, to propose and/or follow the corrective and preventive actions.
  • To identify the priorities for improvement, to define, propose, and ensure the implementations of the QIP (Quality Improvement Plan)).
  • To organize and improve management of the whole of the documentary means necessary to the maintenance of certification to the standard ISO 9001 (Handbook Quality - general and specific Procedures etc…).
  • Promote the strategy of an internal and external communication supporting a spirit of Quality culture
  • To take part in the analysis and treatment of the customers complaints, their causes and implement the corrective actions to eliminate possible nonconformities and their causes.
  • To create and support Groups to correct: nonconformities, dysfunction and/or documentary Action.
  • To propose and diffuse the methods and tools necessary to the quality actions including the statistics.
  • To develop and deliver the various Quality training sessions and seminars particularly for the new employees of ADPI  
  • To take part in the evaluations of the products/services in-house and applicable processes, to realize or carry out supplier audits.
  • To improve the techniques of control, measurement and interpretation of the customer satisfaction reports.
  • To take into account the economic objectives of reduction of the costs relating to Quality and Non Quality.
  • To take part in the improvement and the follow-up of the indicators and the Quality management reports, measuring the performance of the Quality system of ADPI, to engage the corrective actions after reports.
  • To follow the planning of validation of the new services and/or techniques of the company.
  • To represent ADPI when necessary, in the field of Quality when dealing with external partners (Customers - Suppliers - Associations - specialized Groups - Organizations of certification).
  • To ensure that important data-processing media (documents and plans) are preserved and safeguarded
  • To promote a climate favorable with the development of Quality within ADPI.
  • To conform to the laws and regulations in force.
  • To keep himself informed of new developments, new technical approaches and progress with regard to Quality.


Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 years’ experience in the same field with background of Architecture / Engineering
  • Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
  • Well versed in MS office Application
