    Founded in 2000, ADP Ingénierie is the Architecture and Engineering subsidiary of Aéroports de Paris (ADP). ADP Ingénierie is in charge of airport projects and major equipment made ​​beyond the Paris region and has been involved on more than 700 airport in over 100 countries on every continent.

    Responsibilities

    The Airside Planner duties will be those of the Airport Planner of the department:

    • Ensure collection of the necessary data
    • Collect, analyze and understand clients objectives
    • Define the possible planning strategies for the project
    • Lead an integrated airport planning approach with all parties involved
    • Present and explain the proposed strategy and outcome to the client

     

    In addition, as specialist of airside operations, the Airside planner will be especially responsible for airside planning tasks:

    • Perform airside compatibility and performance studies, inter alia:
      • Standard compliance (ICAO, FAA, etc.) and optimization
      • Performance sizing (runway length, RET, etc.)
      • Aeronautical studies / obstacles assessment
      • Approach / Departure procedures analysis (PANS OPS/TERPS)
      • Aircraft related performance studies
    • Operational planning (airlines operations, GSE operations, etc.)
    • Be project manager for the projects with main focus on airside performance

     

    In addition he/she will contribute to:

    • the Strategic Planning Practice at ADP Ingénierie global level:
      • development / updating / innovation of tools and methods
      • keep up to date with latest industry trends and ensure their dissemination within the team
    • the business development effort (opportunity identification, client marketing, proposal preparation and presentation) in coordination with business development managers

     

    The Airside Planner will report to the Director of Operations for general matters, and to the project manager for projects he will be involved in.

     

    In the frame of his mission, the Airside Planner will work in an intercultural context, dealing with customers from all over the world. Its capacity of adaptation and understanding will be much appreciated by ADP Ingénierie customers.

    Business trips abroad will be required to collect data and present intermediate and final outcomes to the customers.

     

     

    In addition, he/she shall contribute to:

    • Strategic Planning Practices at ADP Ingénierie global level:
      • development and updating of tools and methods
      • keep up to date with latest industry trends and ensure their dissemination within the team
    • the business development effort (opportunity identification, client marketing, proposal preparation and presentation) in coordination with business development managers

     

     

    The Airside Planner will be both expert and project manager. When the project will be assigned to her / him, he will have to:

    • Ensure client liaison and satisfaction
    • Ensure project performance in terms of cost/quality/schedule, within ADP Ingénierie project management procedures
    • Organize the internal team
    • Identify sub consultancy needs, organize RFPs and selection of preferred sub consultant, manage sub consultancy contracts

    Qualifications

    Engineer with at least 5 year experience in Airport Planning and Airport Operations. He/she shall have a very good knowledge and understanding of ICAO/IATA and FAA regulation and recommendation.
